Customer Agreement for A.Land FZE Services

Introduction

Welcome to A.Land FZE ("A.Land," "we," "us," or "our"), your premier platform for

accessing

global real estate markets. This Customer Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of all

services and platforms provided by A.Land, available through https://a.land. By agreeing to these

terms, you enter into a binding contract with A.Land which becomes effective upon your

acceptance, indicated by clicking an "I Accept" button or checkbox ("Effective Date").

1. Scope and Application

1.1 Eligibility: You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the full

legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. This ensures that all users can legally enter into

property transactions and abide by the associated obligations.

1.2 Acceptance of Agreement: This Agreement is accepted when you:

Sign an order form, whether digitally or in print, confirming your intent to utilize our

services.

Begin using our services, thereby agreeing to abide by the current and future terms.

Continue using our services following updates to this Agreement, which constitutes

acceptance of the new terms.

2. Legal Compliance and Responsibilities

2.1 Compliance with Laws: You must ensure that all your activities on A.Land's platform

comply with local, national, and international laws, particularly those related to real estate,

data privacy, and cross-border communications.

2.2 Content and Listings: You are responsible for ensuring the content you post is accurate

and lawful. A.Land provides a platform for listings but does not verify the truth or legality

of the listings provided by users.

2.3 Indemnification: You agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless A.Land and its

affiliates from any liability, damage, or cost arising from your use of the services or any

violation of this Agreement.

3. Limitations of Liability

3.1 Exclusion of Liability: A.Land is not liable for indirect or accidental damages

resulting

from the use or inability to use the services, such as lost profits or data.

3.2 Liability Cap: The maximum liability of A.Land to any user for any claim related to the

services provided is limited to the amount you have paid to A.Land in the 12 months prior

to the claim.

4. Termination and Suspension

4.1 Termination Rights: A.Land retains the right to terminate or suspend your account for

any breaches of this Agreement without prior notice.

4.2 Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the services is immediately

revoked. All applicable terms of this Agreement that by their nature should survive

termination will remain in effect, such as indemnification and liability limits.

5. General Provisions

5.1 Governing Law: The Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates,

which will resolve any legal proceedings.

5.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts

of the United Arab Emirates.

5.3 Amendments to Agreement: A.Land reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Any

material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

5.4 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and

A.Land concerning the provided services.

Use of Platform Disclaimer

A.Land facilitates real estate listings and connections between property agents and potential

buyers. However, A.Land is not responsible for the actions of any agents or other third parties,

nor the accuracy or legality of any listings on the platform. Users are encouraged to perform due

diligence before engaging in transactions.

By using A.Land's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

You also recognize the potential risks involved in real estate transactions and agree

to assume those risks.
